Coalition Connections, April 2026
Center in Action
Anna Thomas and board members Judith Kozlowski, Iris Freeman, and Robin Covington presented at the American Society on Aging’s annual conference in Atlanta and what a great experience it was!
Their session, “State and Tribal Elder Justice Coalitions: Sharing Histories, Forging Futures,” brought together a lively and engaged group of attendees from across the country, all working in state and Tribal elder justice.
One of the most exciting moments came after the session, when representatives from three states without coalitions stayed to chat with the panel about how to get started in their own communities. It’s inspiring to see this kind of energy and interest building!
A big thank-you to ASA for hosting such a vibrant and meaningful conference—we’re so glad to be part of the conversation.
